Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time, onsite position with school districts in the Plano, TX area. Requirements to Apply:

Hold an active Texas SLP License issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR)

Valid Texas Educator Certification with a Speech-Language Pathology endorsement or be eligible to obtain

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply
-
Meet all state and district requirements, including background checks and fingerprint clearance

Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly valued
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations

Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
-
Provide direct therapy services to students individually and in small groups
-
Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress

Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state, federal, and district standards
